Who we help

  • Athletes back from injury
  • Elite youth athletes
  • Working professionals
  • Parents
  • Adults after surgery
How it works

Four steps.
No guesswork.

Every program starts from your history: injuries, goals, schedule and how you like to learn. Then we coach it, session by session.

01

Assess

Fill in the intake, then meet your coach for a baseline assessment of how you move today.

02

Program

Your coach writes a plan around your goals, your injury history and the days you can train.

03

Coach

One to three sessions a week, with a coach watching every rep and adjusting the load on the day.

04

Progress

Re-test every few weeks. Keep what works, change what doesn't, and build from there.

What to expect

Coaching that
knows you.

No generic programs. Your coach reads your intake first and builds every session from it.

01

A real conversation

After your intake, your coach gets in touch to talk through your goals and book your assessment.

02

A baseline

We test how you move, where it hurts and what you can lift today, so progress is measured, not guessed.

03

A plan for you

Built around your injuries, your sport and the days you can actually make it to the gym.

04

PPC is for you if

  • You want to get stronger and move better
  • You're coming back from an injury or surgery
  • You have an athletic goal or a sport you love
  • You want a coach, not just a gym membership

It's probably not for you if

  • You want a quick fix before the weekend
  • You'd rather follow an app on your own
  • You're not ready to train one to three times a week
Your first step

Ready when
you are.

Seven short steps on your phone: about you, goals, health history, experience, availability, consent and your PPC Lab login. Justin reads every one.
